New Blank Jeans...

Blank Jeans are great not only because of their price but because of the fit and quality. I love all the bright color skinny jeans (even if I'm not brave enough to wear them), the high waist flare jeans, destroyed jeans and boyfriend jeans. They have a little bit of everything. So if you want a pair of purple skinny jeans but you don't want to spend $200 because you might change your mind next week and decide you want yellow...no big deal. We just got in the Crackle Pop Wide Leg jean yesterday and I'm obsessed. I wore them last night (with my tallest shoes of course) and I was not disappointed. And for you ladies on the taller side, these jeans will be great for you. They run long so us shorter gals might have to wear taller shoes(or we can recommend a seamstress if you want them hemmed.) Keep an eye out because we have some more cute styles coming in the next few weeks and you don't want to miss them!! If you've never tried a pair of Blank jeans, come by and let us help you find a pair that will work for you. I promise you will love them....

New Yumi Kim!

The first shipment of Yumi Kim is finally here! I fell in love with this line at market and I have been counting the days until the first few pieces arrived. I have to say I am not disappointed and Yumi Kim is easily becoming one of my favorite lines. The prints are gorgeous with funky silhouetts and a vintage flair. The fit is relaxed, lightweight and ultra wearable. I love the romantic feel of the luxurious silk fabrics that are combined with flattering cuts to create fabulous delicate pieces.

Our Favorite Lines Under $100...

I was thrilled on our last trip to market when I came across a couple of lines that are amazingly beautiful but also retail for under $100. I was impressed at the detail and the quality of the fabric. I cannot wait for these pieces to come in! Here is a preview of what is to come in the next few weeks...
C. Luce-
If you have been in the store recently or checked the website, I'm sure you have fallen in love with the C. Luce One Shoulder Ruffle Top in white. I absolutely love this top! Based out of California, all their pieces are flirty, feminine and easy to wear.
Frenzii-
Basics never go out of style and Frenzii has definitely covered the basics from a simple elegant tank to long maxi dresses and everything in between. Frenzii keeps things fresh and this line is super easy to wear and the fabric is so soft you could sleep in it! Their dresses are perfect for a day out shopping or you can throw it over your bathing suit for a day on the lake. I prefer the second option! At night, their black long dress is perfect for going out for drinks. Accessorize with a necklace and some bangles and you will good to go!
MM Couture-
MM Couture has completely revamped their line. I fell in love with almost every piece! And they have maintained a fun, yet stylish flair in their couture...cute dresses, work attire, tops for going out and the best part is their jeans! All the jeans are $98 and they are a great fit and the pockets are super cute. Keep an eye out for these...
Blank Jeans-
Blank Jeans are the most irrestistable jeans I have ever worn. They have everything from your basic bootcut to skinny jeans in a multitude of colors. Celebrities such as Hilary Duff and Nicole Richie are huge fans! So if you want a new pair of cuttin edge designer jeans but you don't want to spend $200, Blank Jeans are for you!

Ever since I studied abroad in Paris my junior year of college, I have been obsessed with scarves. They are my go to accessory when it starts to get cold and I have a hard time putting them back in the closet when the warmer weather arrives. This season I am so excited that scarves are hanging around a little longer. Cute scarves made of lighter material and brighter colors are perfect for this time of year. They look great with a tank or a cute summer dress and are great for going out at night when it gets chilly. I was so excited to pick up a couple of scarves for the store while I was at market. Check out some of my favorite ways to wear scarves....

As of today, Bella Ropa has officially been open for a year!! The past year has been amazing and I want to thank everyone that has supported the store. I am so thankful that I get to do something that I love everyday. I also thought this would be a good day to start this blog...I admit I have no idea what I'm doing. I'm not the best with computers or the internet (I'm still figuring out Facebook!) but I think it will be a great way to keep everyone updated on what is going on in the store. So check back to see all the new arrivals and our favorite pieces for the season!
